Description
This is one of the Yu-Gi-Oh! playmats designed by me. It's another style of mat that I figured I would base on a style of Vanguard mat I had designed. This style literally took me weeks to develop. As you can see, the Monster zones incorporate a four-point compass design to illustrate the player can switch cards between the vertical Attack position and the horizontal Defence position. Whilst the spell/trap zones on the bottom row don't carry this trait, a third point is included on the Pendulum zones featured, one at each end. Due to spacing, I was only able to include the text on the outer zones, however it probably wouldn't have made much difference whether they had included the text or not since most veteran players know where everything is meant to be, haha.
