holy smokes the emotion and horror in this is so strong it gives me chills. I can almost feel the agony that this "experiment" has created, its like something gone sickeningly wrong and you've portrayed an entire novel in one picture. The textures and ink blacks are perfect. Intense, you really nailed this one!!!

thats excellent work, it reminds me of The Excerosist. theres so much gritty textures it seems like if you ran your fingers down it, you'd loose the skin on your fingertips, haha

Oi, creepy. It is definitely a powerful image you've got here! Not quite my cup of tea, but it's definitely expressive.
Suggestions - might want to make the lines on the arms curve around a bit more. Right now, along with the somewhat flat lighting on the arms, they look a bit compressed or something, unless ofcourse that ws your intention.
Hmm what else... Perhaps it would be nice to add some skin peeling off the face on the more visible side, where the fingers are leaving wrinkles in it?
Other than that, I don't think there's anything else to add or take away. Well done!
