More concepts for OCs I'm developing, currently I have framewworks for about three universes: a sci-fi bounty-hunter one, a fantasy one, a superheo one, and a cyber-knight one (ha! I lied).

Anyhoo, this is Slumber (anyone have a better name?). Essentially he is the brains of the (misc. named roguish organization w/ sort-of neutral motives ), and doesn't do any fighting, instead manipulating things from behind the scenes. He does have immense power, but prefers to summon mindless Sandmen(hence his name) to do his fighting for him (personally).

Powers: teleport, levitation, Sandmen Summon, magicky stuff, etc,. etc.

Very mysterious guy, huh?
