Nah I like it how it is. Gives it a sort of mysterious, magical and wise feel to it...like the Deku tree in Zelda or whatever.

definetly not too dark, it has a very earthy feel, as it should. i really like how the backround and parts of the ent are misty, the back and front of this peice blent nicely while also highlighting the ent, well done!!!
