I'm use Avedesk for the recycle bin
ObjectDock for the taskbar and Nextstart to hide the win bar
-but not the tray-
for the disk menu,calendar, ToDo list, clock's and others meters (and the "exit" menu oner the "win" icon) i'm use Rainmeter (ecqlipse skin and various scripts modified for me)
