So about a year ago I made a thing. Then I forgot about that thing, and stumbled upon it a couple days ago and made it a decent thing. Then I forgot about it again and stumbled upon it again and decided to post it.So, if you've read Fallout: Equestria you'll know about the M.o.I. and all that accompanies it, and if you haven't read it, you should. Like, seriously.
Anyways, I don't even know where the CM vector came from. My best guess would be BlackGryph0n .

Dunno why it is, the only two ministries that people seem to be able to make really cool wallpapers for are Image and Awesome. Great work on this, btw

I think so, yes. I've wanted to do a series of WPs for the ministries for over a year. I can't promise a regular update pattern, but I can say that each ministry will get its own wallpaper. And maybe the O.I.A from Project Horizons for the fun of it.
