I really like the concept, but if i could propose a tip: I think you might have made more of an impact if you had created a darker background, so we don't see the flowers first in the thumbnail but instead go straight to the girl.

The idea behind this picture is very sad, but also very true. We always hide us with your masks, and you truly made that clear with this pretty drawing.
I like the heart with a keyhole on her shirt together with the necklace-key. Very symbolic, and I love that.
