Blake would have no reason to work for Cinder after what she did to everyone. The entire point of Blake's character is that she's rising out from the darkness, not submerging herself back in it.

If she turned traitor, she would be playing directly into what Salem wants, which is for friendships to break and for the world to be plunged into chaos and ruin. If she sells Ruby and Yang out, even if it's for the purposes of being a double agent, RWBY will never reunite because no one will ever trust Blake again and you'll have written a version of the story where the villains all get exactly what they want.
