"You're gonna regret the words you said to me Demon!"

History: In 2014, Rick was sent on an assignment to the Savage Land to investigate a series of attacks going on. He stumbled upon the corpses of many dinosaurs and was horrified to find out who the culprit was: Demon Dinosaur. Rick then transformed into a Giganotosaurus and began slashing and biting his opponent only for Demon to gain the upper hand by tail swiping Rick and stomp his foot onto the mutant's chest. He then says he'll murder every single one of his family, friends, and his girlfriend Brooke, little did the T-rex know, Rick who had gained a new form a few months prior during a training battle, manages to gather enough strength and pushes Demon Dinosaur away and states that his loved ones have nothing to do with their confrontation, he then says if he does anything to his family, friends, and his lover, he'll make him pay whilst transforming into a Godzilla-like creature, his skin turns charcoal black, his eyes turn blood red, black horns sprout from the back of his head, dorsal plates begin to pop up from his back, and a long crocodile-like tail pops up, completing his transformation and starts to beat Demon to a pulp, even burning him with a blue fire breath. Demon tries to bite Rick, only for his Godzilla form to respond with a tail whip to the face, causing several teeth to fall off his mouth, Rick then proceeds to slash at Demon's face, causing blood to gush out everywhere, and finally, uses his blue fire breath a second time to burn Demon Dinosaur. Though he survives, Demon Dinosaur lashes out at Rick and vows to get his revenge the next time they see each other. Rick turns back to normal and vows to help out the dinosaurs who have been attacked by Demon Dinosaur but not before calling Randy and Brooke to tell them about his new powers.

Abilities:
Atomic Fire Breath: Godzilla Rick can shoot blue atomic flames from his mouth. A blue glow runs up his dorsal plates and reaches his eyes before he finally unleashes the attack, in addition to that, he can also shoot blue fireballs whilst in this transformation.

Strength: Rick possesses physical strength whilst in his Godzilla form. He was able to lift a Leviathan into the air before finishing it off with an atomic breath during the battle against Thanos.

Amphibiousness: Rick can swim up to 40 knots by undulating his tail like a crocodile, making him an agile swimmer whilst transformed.

Nuclear Pulse: Much like the king of the monsters himself, Rick can emit nuclear pulses from all around his body in a bit to get his enemies off of him. He can also emit these pulses through his dorsal plates.

Physical Abilities: Rick has two dragon-like horns on the back of his head that he uses to stab his enemies, his tail is also a formidable weapon, shown when he used it against an Outrider and during his battle with Carnage, his claws are sharp enough to cut through metal such as the armor of the Silver Samurai and Sentinels. Rick's teeth are long and sharp, capable of crushing, bone and metal.

Durability: Much like Colossus, Rick's tough hide makes him immune to bullets and even tanks.

Super Form: When pushed to the limit, Rick's Godzilla form can go through a second transformation, his body turns purple, his underbelly and dorsal plates green, large yellow-ish green spikes emerge from his shoulders, two pairs of tusks emerge on the sides of his jaws, his eyes turn blue, his atomic breath becomes green, the tip of his tail can fire a beam, and lastly a green crown-like crest appears on the top of his head, giving him a king like look similar to Godzilla's super form.

Burning Form: Rick goes through a third transformation while in his Godzilla form, his entire body turns a mixture of red and orange, his body heat goes up to 100 degrees Celsius, causing everything around him to melt, his fire breath turns red, his eyes change to orange and his nuclear pulses can emit flames which can burn the flesh of an opponent when come into contact with it.

Roar: A combination of the Monsterverse, Heisei, and Millennium Godzilla roars mixed with Jurassic Park 3 Spinosaurus roars.

I based Rick's transformation on Zarbon's beastly form from Dragon Ball Z, the Monsterverse Godzilla, Grimlock from Transformers, Ultimate Gohan, my buddie Allorock2 's OC Reptilian's Ultimate Reptile form, Charizard from Pokemon, Zilla Jr from Godzilla: The Series, the Incredible Hulk, Godzilla Jr, Wolverine, Speckles the Tarbosaurus, Aladar from Disney's Dinosaur, Simba from The Lion King, the Dino Squad, and Corrin's dragon form from Fire Emblem.

While in this form, Rick's voice deepens and as such he is voiced by Taylor Harris (Chappil from Dragon Ball: Super) and Shō Hayami (Zarbon from Dragon Ball Z).

I currently do not have a name for this form because I can't think of any good ones besides Dinozilla.
