Here's my take on the giant Gila Monster kaiju!

Species: Mutated Prehistoric Gila Monster

Description: A Palaeosaniwa canadensis (prehistoric gila monster) was exposed to radiation during the Cretaceous period. First reported in 1959, he set foot on Arizona and ravaged the city, killing many innocent people with his toxic fumes, fortunately Monarch intervened and managed to sedate the giant venomous lizard and placed him in an outpost within the Arizona desert. In 2019, he awoke after hearing Ghidorah's call and wrecked havock across Phoenix alongside Scylla until both where drawn by the call of the orca and headed towards Boston only to find the 3 headed wyvern slained by Godzilla, he among other Titans bowed down to Godzilla as the true alpha and king of the monsters.

Abilities:

Toxicity: Gilamon can excrete a venomous substance through biting. This neurotoxin is causes pain, swelling, hypotension (low blood pressure), and shock in Titans.

Toxic Flames: Gilamon can breathe a deadly green toxic flame from his mouth.

Burrowing: Gilamon is an extraordinary burrower, Gilamon could tunnel incredibly large distances in extremely short periods of time, sometimes appearing on the battlefield from underground.

Amphibiousness: Gilamon can swim up to 50 knots by undulating his tail like a crocodile or alligator.
