Faction: Earth Defenders
History: A Kamacuras who was originally part of the Mutants faction but defected after witnessing his kind slaughtering thousands of innocent people and animals. In 2008, he surrendered to Godzilla but instead of attacking, the king of the monsters took pity on the giant mantis by deeming him a new Earth Defender who would eventually become best friends with Imoogi, Phoînix, Po Xióngmão, Nessie, and Sekhmet. He has a hatred rivalry with his former leader Preytor.

Abilities:
Supersonic Flight: Gimantis is equipped with a set of wings that allow him to take flight. Gimantis can fly incredibly fast, almost rendering him invisible as he darts through the air. Like most Kamacuras, Gimantis' maximum flight speed is only Mach 0.5.

Claws: Like Mothra, Gimantis uses his sharp claws for defense. Gimantis' ability to attack with his claws is referred to as the Hook Crush. Kamacuras repeatedly stabbed an alien spaceship with his claws, which successfully did some damage to the craft. Gimantis later tried to use his claws in combat with SpaceGodzilla, though he was unable to land a hit.

Camouflage: Like the rest of his kind, Gimantis is capable of changing the color of its entire body to blend in with his surroundings. He used this ability as he attempted to ambush Cyber-Zilla by hiding amidst the trees on a hillside, though Cyber-Zilla still anticipated his attack.

Roar: the giant mantis from the Goosebumps film mixed with millennium Kamacuras sounds.

If I could pick a voice actor for Gimantis it would obviously be Seth Rogen.
