“Since when do you need a pedigree to help someone?"

Monarch Designation: Lupis
Scientific Designation: Titanus Lupis
Species: Irradiated Dire Wolf
Size: 202.8 meters (666 ft)
Weight: 60.366 metric tons
Faction: Earth Defenders
History: During the ice age of North America, a brave and noble tribesman named Akku raised an orphaned dire wolf pup and became his companion and best friend throughout his life until one day, they where both attacked by a giant short faced bear. Lupis fearlessly lunged at the huge bear to protect his master, and battles it, but is soon overwhelmed when the bear easily overpowers him and gives him a powerful swipe knocking the wolf to the ground. The bear eventually ran off after Akku speared it's face, later that night Akku was trampled by a stampede of Aepycamelus, mortally wounded him. Lupis walked up to his dying owner who told him to protect those who are in need of wisdom, Lupis made a mournful howl to his dead owner and was then exposed to cold radiation caused by a blizzard which caused him to grow bigger in size while also sprouting long fangs from his mouth. Lupis hid within an icey cave for millions of years until in 2019 just months after Ghidorah's defeat, when his ice cave melted he suddenly sensed danger in Alaska, he arrived to find Godzilla and Tornaq fighting Baphomet and Typhon with the two mutants gaining the upper hand against the atlantean leviathan and the ice bear. Lupis intervened and managed to subdue Baphomet with Tornaq, while Godzilla took on Typhon, the two mutants retreated and Tornaq thanked Lupis for the help, Lupis then looked upon and bowed down to Godzilla who declared him a new earth defender and friend and allowed him to stay on Monster Island where he got to meet new friends such as his best friend Amarok, King Caesar, Jagras, D-Rex, Anguirus, etc.

Abilities:

Sonic Howl: Much like Amarok, Lupis has a loud sonic howl which is 10 times louder than the sonic roars of both Varan and Titanosaurus, however it's not loud enough compared to the sonic roars of Jagras, Anguirus, and Gorosaurus.

Claws: Lupis has really long and sharp claws which are capable of cutting right through the bones of an opponent or circuits from a robot or cyborg.

Intelligence: Due to being an irradiated wolf, Lupis is very intelligent, shown when he coordinates his attacks with Nemeaus and Amarok when they where fighting Gomess.

Jaw strength: Much like Amarok, Lupis has a jaw strength of 930 PSI, which is much stronger than the kangal's bite, this bite allows Lupis to crush bones with just one bite.

Agility: Lupis is extremely fast and agile.

Durability: Much like most Titans, Lupis is extremely invulnerable to conventional weaponry.

Ice form: Much like Anguirus and Boru, Lupis has an ice form. When he gets too angry, Lupis can turn his fur icy blue with blue stripes that resemble ancient Neanderthal language, his teeth and claws become sharp as icicles and he now possesses an ice breath. In addition, ice shards sprout from his body that act as body armor. Monarch has dubbed this form the Ice Wolf or Frost Wolf.

Fun facts: I based Lupis off of Balto, Maugrim from The Chronicles of Narnia, Akela from The Jungle Book (2016), Allorock2 's oc kaiju Boru, Fenrir from Thor: Ragnarok, Denahi from Brother Bear, Thunderbolt from 101 Dalmatians, Bolt, Humphrey from Alpha and Omega, Tramp from Lady and the Tramp, Ralph from Rampage, Wolf O'Donnell from Starfox, the saber-toothed wolves from Primal, Wolf from Young Justice, and Timber Wolf from G. I. Joe.
Lupis tries his best to get along with the sloth bear Boru but could not accept him as a friend due to his experience with wolves, not to mention Lupis' appearance reminds Boru of the saber-toothed wolves that attacked him during the ice age, despite not actually descending from the species.

If I had to choose a voice actor for Lupis, it would be Kevin Bacon who voices Balto in the 1995 American live-action/animated adventure film of the same name.
