Here's my OC kaiju in his super form!

"*Mark my words Destoroyah mark them well, your going to suffer for what you've done!*"

History: In 2004, D-Rex was among the Titans that resisted control by the Xilliens. Godzilla sent him to Germany due to a recent attack on a Titan located there, D-Rex and Nǚwángosaurus both went to investigate the destruction however it was revealed that Destoroyah was the caused of the city's destruction and went after the two Titans by firing his stomach beam directly at D-Rex, however Nǚwángosaurus took the shot and presumably dies from the blast, saddened and angered D-Rex went berserk and beat the evil Titan in submission but Destoroyah managed to separate into his aggregate forms and swormed the dinosaur/dragon hybrid and breathed micro oxygen into his face, D-Rex gave out a huge burst of energy that knocked the aggregates off him and revealed his ultimate form, Destoroyah managed to recombined and fought D-Rex at the peak of his power, unbeknownst to the demonic Titan D-Rex also has a stomach beam of his own but it's 10 times stronger that that of Destoroyah's. Godzilla, Yonggary, and Gamera soon arrived and helped Dragonosaurus fight Destoroyah with Godzilla going Super while Yonggary and Gamera took Nǚwángosaurus' body away from the battle. Both Titans faced Destoroyah and gained the upper hand, with D-Rex blasting Destoroyah to pieces, killing the megalomaniacal Titan once and for all, though still saddened by the "lost" of Nǚwángosaurus however she survived the blast and slowly healed from her wounds, D-Rex with tears in his eyes, hugged and snuggled Nǚwángosaurus and promised that he'll use his ultimate form whenever there's an emergency or as a last resort effort.

Abilities:

Atomic breath: Ultimate D-Rex's Atomic Breath is a powered-up version of his normal Atomic Breath. However, it is a sapphire blue-ish color and is surrounded by an electrical spiral, similar to Godzilla's gravitational atomic breath.

Regeneration: In relation to his durability is his enhanced regeneration, which allows Ultimate Dragonosaurus to recover from injuries and regain his strength quickly.

Energy Tail Beam: Much like Super Godzilla, D-Rex has an Energy Tail attack that has Ultimate D-Rex's energy channeled into his tail, and then launched toward the opponent.

Laser Horn: Much like Yonggary, Ultimate D-Rex can fire a green laser from his Styracosaurus-like nasal horn which was capable of cutting off Destoroyah's horn katana in half.

Explosive Shoulder Ram: Ultimate Dragonosaurus can use an Explosive Shoulder Ram to ram into his opponent with sharp Kentrosaurus-like spike shoulders. The enemy then explodes temporarily.

Naval Blast: Ultimate D-Rex's Navel Blast is his most powerful attack. His Navel core shines as energy swirls around the tip of the navel. Finally, Ultimate Dragonosaurus unleashes a blast from its navel that swirls until the tip of the beam continues to blaze through until it hits the opponent. This attack does a lot of damage to Destoroyah, therefore a battle using only Navel Blasts is a fast way for Dragonosaurus to finish the battle, as it doesn't take that much of a fighting spirit to use the Navel Blast.

Supersonic Flight: Much like Rodan, Ultimate Dragonosaurus can fly at supersonic speeds, leaving a trail of destructive sonic booms in his wake. He can destroy aircraft or buildings simply by flying over them or detonate missiles before they can reach him.

Ultrasonic Roar: D-Rex let's out ultrasonic roars during his fight with Destoroyah, the ultrasonic roar is 10 times stronger than Varan's or Titanosaurus' sonic roars and is capable of damaging monsters, buildings, rocks, and military weaponry. This sonic roar is even stronger than that of Muto Prime's.

Ultimate Punch: Ultimate Dragonosaurus' punch move is significantly empowered compared to the version of the attack used by his normal form; Ultimate D-Rex lunges forward, his arm covered in purple fire, and strikes the opponent.

Electric Wings: Ultimate D-Rex can fire blasts of electricity from his wings similar to the Gryphon and Grand King Ghidorah.

Energy absorption: Ultimate D-Rex can absorb the energy of other Titans whenever he's low on it.

Physical capabilities: All of Ultimate D-Rex's attacks are more powerful than normal D-Rex's. He has more health than normal Dragonosaurus and doesn't take damage from attacks from smaller Titans and loses no health when he destroys a building. In addition, as Ultimate Dragonosaurus the damage that Titan attacks do is roughly cut in half.

Fun Facts: I based Ultimate Dragonosaurus on Super Godzilla, Toothless' Alpha Form, Fire Rodan from Godzilla vs Mechagodzilla 2, Super Sonic, Super Saiyan Goku, Vegeta, Gohan, and Broly from Dragon Ball, the D-Team's and the Alpha Gang's Super Dinosaurs from the Dinosaur King arcade game, Grand King Ghidorah from Rebirth of Mothra 3, Drago's Titanium form from Bakugan, and the Heisei Gamera.

Bonus fact: D-Rex can also turn ultimate whenever he's cornered or if he's training with his fellow earth defenders.

Roar: Godzilla (1998 and 2014/19) mixed with Kong (1976), and the Tyrannosaurus Rex from Jurassic Park/World.
