I think the thing I like most about Naga!Kenneth is that he's not just one-dimensional and angsty like so many other "good" characters with "bad" powers. He doesn't want to use his hypnosis to do anything horrible to anyone, but he isn't ashamed or afraid of it either. He's sweet and selfish at the same time, having perfectly kindhearted motivations while happily using his power to get what he wants and gain an edge, like during an arm-wrestling contest 
At least, that's my interpretation from all the works and stories I've gone through in your galleries that I can piece together about them. I may be totally off base.
P.S. Not that I think his "selfishness" is a bad thing at all
