It really depends on Domino's powers and how powerful they really are. How much of an effect can she have on probabilities? She could certainly cause Widow's weapons to backfire but would she be able to cause a wall to collapse on top of her? Or cause her to trip over herself? If Widow manages to get a grip on Domino, I have a feeling that Widow would probably take her down. I'm a little on the fence myself. Domino is a little more enigmatic whereas I'm more clear on what Widow can and cannot do. I'll give this one to Widow if only because she's the super spy to end all super spies (James Bond be damned ).
