Description I loved Aladdin. I must have seen it a hundred times on VHS growing up.

Anyhoo.. Here's a pic of Jasmine getting smuggled out of her city. I wanted to go for a more atmospheric background. With the main light source being the moon. How does it look? Also how is Jasmine's likeness?

I also made a character in an old drawing of mine as the kidnapper [link] . He seems to fit the setting.

Jasmine looks fine, though it did take me a little while to figure out the method you were using to show her inside the basket rather than using an inset panel. The shading does accomplish a very moody and menacing atmosphere for the picture.

At first I was going to do it in a panel but then I wanted to show more of the background and have it look more like a poster. Then I went with an simple arrow but it seemed too inelegant. So in the end I just went with an outer glow.

If it weren't for the fact that the Genie could just "poof" her back, I'd be worried for her.

Aside from that, she looks mad; but this is how I've always liked seeing Jasmine. Looks nice.
