As I said in my last journal entry [link] , I think Esmeralda from Disney's Hunchback of Notre Dame is really pretty so I put her on top of my DiD hit list. But me being the lazy bum that I am, it took me over a month and a half before I actually finished it.Why is she bound and gagged in a sack? Well.. I remembered this old WWF cartoon show in the 80s that featured a DiD situation like it. I really liked that idea so I used it here.
Some artistic notes:
- Drawing bare feet is hard!
- I draw lousy sacks but I'm hoping that won't be the focus of the people's attention
- Her likeness varied from the different references I got so I gotta ask.. does it look like her?

Wow nice oh by the way I'm curious to know if there is any profiles dedicated to power rangers fan stuff. Kind of like any pages where the person has designed their own team.

Ok... The face looks like male... maybe its too long or something... the shoulders are too high like not human... well for the rest... I am not sure what to say. Dont worry... looking at the rest of the comments everybody loves this one so its just me sorry, dont mind about what I had say

Ah... Maybe it looks male because the eye brows are thicker and the jaw is a bit squarer, which is true for the character. Comparing it to my references I think the face IS a little longer and thinner...hehe.. my bad
As for the shoulders.. I've seen this effect where if the shoulders are compressed together. they rise up a little. Her left shoulder is also closer to the viewer so it should be bigger. I don't know.. from my eye it looks ok... I'll post a version without a background and ask if it looks weird.

Thanks! Really appreciate the comments! Yeah I actually think so too, the story I mean. I kept inadvertently thinking up reasons why she ended up in that situation while trying to write the artist description.
