Murfy is an insect called a greenbottle who often acts as a guide to Rayman. He is considered so knowledgeable about the Glade and its workings that he is known as the flying encyclopedia. He also acts as a messenger when things start going wrong in his world, and will even jump in to help Rayman and his friends on their journey when they are in need. The greenbottles are known to play practical jokes; many Ludivs have fallen victim to their pranks, and have been stripped of their glasses.

When Murfy was a young greenbottle, he was a book worm and had a passion to learn more. He is quite fast for a greenbottle, so fast that he can zip into Hoodlum camps undetected, then report back with the best way to proceed. Murfy’s never at a loss for words. He is often sarcastic but he is not above helping others or giving knowledge and advice. Though he will make some good fashioned wisecracks and often adds his own bit of humor to everything he says.

Ps- I gave him antennas so to make him more bug like. I also gave him his freckles and shoes, and made his smile less creepy.
