This is the first in a series I am drawing featuring all of the relevant women in Tolkein's writings. So here is Eowyn the White Lady of Rohan and Maiden of the Shield Arm. One of my Faves. I am really pleased with this drawing, even if the scanner made it look kinda weird. The symbols that make up the border are based of the symbols on Eowyn's silver belt from the movie, but for me they represent the white flowers that grow on the graves of the dead in Rohan. Various passages pertaining to Eowyn are written around her her. If you have trouble reading them tell me in comments and I will clarify what they say. Enjoy and Comment!
