True. But do you see Man-Spider as a mini-series doing quite well? Man-Spider with Thor's Hammer could be right up there with Beta Ray Bill and Taskmaster. And imagine if he was sent to the Zombieverse(Earth-2149) to lead the last surviving humans to the promise world in from the Zombie plague when he uses the hammer to open up a dimensional gateway from a platform that opens other gateways throughout the world from the living to pass through but not the zombies. So of like the Walking Dead. Do you like the idea?

Actually, Thor's hammer could unleashed the spirit of the previous wielder of the hammer before Odin entrusted it to Thor. Imagine if Spider-Man's soul is actually the reincarnation of a member of the Knights Templar who used the powers of the Hammer to defend Jerusalem from the Muslims who might have been led by Mephisto in a human disguise? This would mean that once Man-Spider holds the hammer, he would become a Thunder God that would serve as the new avatar for the soul of the worthy soldier of the Knights Templar.
