A lot of people said I should change how the original Oceania looked so here ya go.This one looks waaaaay better than the first.^^
This was originaly sketched out on paper in my 3rd period art class.

Hey, I was wondering something. I'm making a Hetalia video soon. It's kind of a 'Country ABCs' type of video. But, the problem is, there are only two countries that begin with the letter 'O'; Oceania, and Oman. And I don't think Oman has any fandrawings. So, I was wondering if you would let me use your picture of Oceania in my video. If you let me use it, I will (of course) put a link to this page in the description of the video, and I'll be happy to give you the link to said video. When it's up, anyway
Also, just as a warning, if you agree, your piece of fanart will be copy-pasted onto a background of his national flag, with his country's name across it (the flag part). I'm doing that with all the countries. I dunno why, I just felt like I needed to warn you about that, in case you'd be offended or something

The flag you used is from the movie adaptation of the George Orwell novel "1984." The Oceania in that story is a made-up dictatorial country that rules over the Americas and Britain; it doesn't actually rule Australia, New Zealand, or the Pacific Islands, IIRC.
So, wrong flag.
