By the way, both King Boo (Luigi's Mansion) and his generic counterpart are now playable in Mario Kart Tour, as part of the Halloween Tour.

Oh yes. I've raced against them in the game....though I've yet to unlock them as playable racers.....
I do hope to get King Boo (Luigi's Mansion), his Special Item is so cool! And destructive!!
