Argit - I normally won't draw him shirt-less, but I was just doodlin'. I do like his little goatee I gave him, which might be kind of difficult to see.Ben - This is Ben during his 30's when he was spending most of his time training and teaching students at the Plumber Academy. The Omnitrix is hidden underneath the gauntlet.
Vilgax - Animo mutated Vilgax's arm. His is continuing to be a warlord.

He no longer uses the gauntlet, but he does use he Ruby Ray of Ulo. He mutated his arm because that's all Vilgax needed, his other arm is used for precision and common weapon utilization, while the big one of for hulking and smashing.

The gauntlet has a forcefield, and it can allow him to electrocute intangible beings. Very useful, in my opinion.
Is he a righty or a lefty? (I'm assuming he's a righty.)

Well, now he uses his right arm more, but I'd have to he's probably ambidextrous.
