Description
Starting 2015 off with a tutorial! It explains how I paint using a B&W underpainting.I'm hoping to start offering more tutorials, tips, and the like. Although I could hardly be considered an expert in everything, maybe I can help a few people along the way. ^^ If you have any suggestions for tutorials you'd like to see, let me know!
And if you have a World Manga Academy account (it's free to join), I've also created a WMA lecture version of this tutorial .

This is SO HELPFUL! I can't wait to try underpainting using this method. And that Lock Opacity tool - GOLD. <3 Thank you for sharing!

This is incredibly helpful! I've never really thought about doing an underpainting but it's definitely something I'm going to try. Your tutorial is very simple to follow as well. Thank you so much for this!!

Glad to hear that it's easy to follow! I'm not used to writing tutorials so I'm not sure what to say or if I'm saying much or too little, haha. Hope this method works out for you!
