Astro Cell- This is the morpher of the core 4 Astro Surge rangers. It's use is dependant on Surge Memories. The Morph call is "Astro Surge, Lets Launch". The code 3-3-5 is entered, the surge memory is then inserted (at a port in the bottom of the morpher) and the morph call is then said.
