I'm not them, but scroll to the top of the page and there's something called 'Shop' (far left side of 'Submit'). Just hover your mouse over the text and a list will pop up. There you can see your balance.

What's the difference (in character design) between flat color and full color?
Also, would the price change in any way if i wanted a character design commission, but without any of the extra details like in the example? (aka no separate drawing for back markings, no palettes, no eye ect, basically just a flat full body except you design it)
