Hoopa, though possessing the standard 600 BST, has stats distributed uniquely. As opposed to 100/100/100/100/100/100, its stats are 80/110/60/150/130/70. It is therefore most certainly not this generation's Mew. Though this generation doesn't seem to have such a mon, Diancie is most likely it, as its stats are all multiples of 50 and its BST the same, with mild rearrangement from the standard.
