Raph is in his "small" form while Don is in his "medium" form. Which means he is half-transformed. :3
The mark on his arm is a burn mark that prevents him from changing. Raph got one too, but on the other arm.
And... I got no idea what they are sitting on.

AWWW! this so aodrable. I love their tails and Raph and Don's happy faces. Their colors are amazing as well. I like how Don's eyes are purple, it really makes his form stand out. I just love how Raph kisses Donnies eye and Don smiles and leans into Raph's touch. It's just perfect. <3 I'm serious, you just draw the cutest things. :3 Btw, I also love the colors.
