I'm glad I was able to bring this character into the limelight. This is Rai from the PSP Code Geass game "Lost Colors". You never actually see him in-game, except maybe in some cutscenes (looking at you, Kallen hot spring event), but there are plenty pictures online that depict him as a white haired blue-eyed Lelouch. Much like Lelouch, he has a Geass that controls people's actions, except his is through speech rather than eye contact. Anyone who hears his voice while his Geass is on fall under his control.

The sprite in question I found randomly in a character pack on Mundo RPG. The pack can be found here: www.mundorpgmaker.com.br/forum…

It may not have been a Code Geass sprite by default, but it definitely became one by the time I got done with it. Plus, Rai's my dA icon and my well-known cosplay so far.
