Arthur Maxson, the only Elder in modern Fallouts that made me want to take a flamer to the Brotherhood. I like Danse as well, also their ideas on Synths. While not as misguided as the Railroad is still bad. (The Railroad are misguided, or at least the synths they help are, because the Institute is much safer than the Wasteland)
