I was working on this over New Years and it was intended to be my first upload for 2011, but that obviously didn't happen!It's here now anyway, the very first character sheet for Gen (hedgehog version, of course!) because she has always deserved one. It made me think about her as a character a bit anyways, and it's nice to get these things down on paper.
Hope you find it cool/informative/ohmygoshshe'snaked.
Oh and it goes without saying but Gen8 Hedgehog is (C) to me forever and always <3

I had forgotten the reason, but I found my 9-yr-old fan fiction about her and apparently she was fitted with them while in Robotniks service! I always remembered it was an accident but no, all done by the wonders of evil genius surgery. Oh and then covered with artificial skin and fur so no one ever gets to see it =}

I honestly should explain that shouldn't I? Just so it doesn't look like I tacked it in there for interest XD
I suppose vaguely she was captured and underwent what was supposed to be a full roboticization (is that how you spell it, gosh my head isn't screwed on tonight) and branding by Robotnik way back when. Something went wrong/she was rescued and left partially roboticized and partially branded. Technology has allowed her to have artificial skin and fur placed over it so people wouldn't see her robotic parts. For drama in battle the skin often burns off revealing them ... Ok I'll stop myself there, I've just realized I've either told you Bunnie Rabbots story, or made up my own Terminator movie. How about I try to find my text file of GenSaga from 13 years ago and rethink what I've remembered XD *shame*

I know I have a few characters myself like that actually. Maybe I should draw them again for the first time in ages...
But yeah. That would be cool to see a Re-Vamped Story/Origin for her. ^^

After your question I went on a forage for my old stories from 2002 which I happened to find, read, and wonder what on earth that drivel I told you was XD
So actually, she was taken out of an orphan camp after her city was destroyed by Robotnik, who raised all the children and fitted them with robotic implants to give them special abilities. *big breath* She became a personal guard for a while, hunting Freedom Fighters because they were the ones (as she was led to believe) who burnt her city down. She finds them, meets them, discoveres her true enemy, and they accept her into the safety of Knothole Village!
Oh my that is much better, however LAME.
Sure ^_~ I'd be happy to see what you could do with her, maybe more than I!
