This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Tributing 1 "sphinx" monster. Each time an EARTH monster is Flip Summoned while this card remains face-up on the field, inflict 1000 damage to your opponent.

Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must be Special Summoned (from your hand) by Tributing 1 "sphinx" monster. Each time an EARTH monster is flipped face-up, inflict 1000 damage to your opponent.
I am open to suggestions if you can come up with better phrasing while keeping the original meaning of the card text
