Yes, then again, NCC 1701 Enterprise was always an elegant design.

Indeed.  My fave of all Enterprise designs is the refit from TMP/TWOK, but I love all the Enterprises....from TOS to JJ Abrams.

Eh, JJ Abrams Enterprise is okay, but absolutely love the good old Connie.

Everyone has their tastes.
And yes, I'll always have that special place in my heart for the Classic and refit Connies.
