Misconception: Wily built the Robot Masters from MM1 and 4.

Nope.

But it still goes around, yannow? "Wily built Brightman" or "Wily built Gutsman". Any MM purist could instantly tell you what robots Wily built and which ones he didn't. And yet there are still some who insist that Wily built ALL the RMs short of Megaman, Protoman, and Roll.

There's nothing wrong with that. After all, Capcom can't seem to remember that either. *coughPOWERBATTLES*cough*FIGHTERS*cough* At any rate, if Wily REALLY wanted to piss Cossack off (or at least keep him out what's left of Wily's hair), he'd send out 8 maligned versions of Cossack's robo-sons! And then watch as Cossack's 9-year-old daughter polishes them off.

All of the following are based off of Nintendo Power and the cartoon.

Copy-Brightman: Not only does C-Bright not own a video store, he's not as intelligent as the original. He's constantly trying to light up people's lives, which almost always ends in disaster.

Copy-Diveman: Whatever honour the original Diveman had is absent in his copy. C-Diveman fights dirty from start to finish, leaving his opponent in pieces--unless he's fighting Thunderman. Unfortunately, he's pretty tame for a Copy-Cossack Number...

Copy-Dustman: Scheming and raspy-voiced--that about sums up C-Dustman. One interesting thing about him is that, aside from C-Skull and C-Toad, he's the only one with any brains.

Copy-Drillman: The original Drillman didn't drill under cities to bring them to the ground, because he knew that he too would be crushed. C-Drillman does not know that.

Copy-Pharoahman: He may come off as scary, but he's not that difficult. Just add water [Next to him is an alternate helmet design. Dammit, shoulda used that instead...]

Copy-Ringman: A hoverboarding Conan rip. His Nintendo Power GB appearance was more or less perfect, so I had to resort to the previous (MM4) one. The board comes from the cartoon, however briefly it did appear.

Copy-Skullman: Though he isn't that much stronger than the original, C-Skullman considers himself far superior and ignores Kalinka in favour of battling the real Skullman (something the CCN try to avoid). He also seduced Burnerman in VG Cats.

Copy-Toadman: Leader of the CCN and a total asshat. C-Toad lives to crush others where they stand, whether by rain or by his own gloved hands. A total 180 from the real Toadman, who is not only fairly kind, but totally disgusted that HE did not get such a cool cape.
