Description Ah, obscure fanart.

This fellow is Veil, from the Megadrive (or Genesis) game PulseMan, which sadly never came to the U.S. Its characters were designed by Ken Sugimori, whom some of you might recognize as the designer of Pokemon. Its main character, Pulseman, used static electricity to fight (and thus, was weakened by water).

History class is over.

Veil is essentially Pulseman's brother (and thus, reminds me a lot of Protoman, except Veil's technically younger). He's a lot stronger than his sibling, but naturally gets his ass handed to him (duh--what did you think?). I thought he was awesome enough to draw.

He's younger, but sounds older. Battling him wasn't easy, but it was fun!

It combines my Top 3 things into one little gem I HAVE to get my hands on.

I wasn't surprised you'd draw something contrubuting to this! X3 ProtoMan indeed.

You an your obsecure awesomeness....

Yes, he is--but not as awesome as Pulseman.

AGH I love Pulseman O_O It's so nice to find fellow fans xD

It's really a shame Gamefreak didn't do more with him...I mean, the game was at least fairly popular in Japan!

I love Pokemon and all, but from Pulseman and Drill Dozer, I think Gamefreak should do more than just Pokemon. D: They're great at games.

Anyway, nice pic :] I love the lighting...it really helps portray Veil's dark personality.

Thanks, man! I love Pokemon (the game, mostly...first video game of any kind!), but the world needs more Pulseman. [And for some reason, I'm always attracted to the "dark rival"-type characters--except the new Frogger games. Ugh!]

After that caption, I'm half expecting him to break out into the full verse:

...better not shout,
better not pount,
I'm tellin' you why...
BECAUSE I'LL BLOW YOUR @^#%'ING FACE OFF IF YOU DO!!"

"Its main character, Pulseman, used static electricity to fight (and thus, was weakened by water)."

Or you could put a bunch of helium balloons around him, which will be attracted to him and stick to him, carry him up into the sky, into space, and then he'll run out of air and die. :3
I think overly big and elaborate. I should be a supervillain.

Wow--that's a sinister way to off someone. Or you could simply show them their series's fanporn--that'd send ANYONE packing.

So...what does Pulseman like?

Have you ever heard of comedian Sean Cullen? He once did a thing on James Bond villains thinking up totally insane murder plots.

-Take a guy up into space, release carrots going the other way around the earth's orbit, the carrots will freeze and turn really pointy, then they'll circle around the earth and impale the guy from behind.

-Mutate oysters until they grow one leg, serve them to someone, and once they get down to the heart area, they'll start kicking the heart until the person dies of a heart attack.

I guess Pulseman likes static. And Beatrice.

Or just tie 'em to a bed and stick a hot curling iron up their bum. That'll take anyone out of commision.
