Here is a TODS series drawing of bitter encounter between a savage, tribal warrior of the cannibalistic island of Paragras and a civilized, ruthless, religiously fanatical soldier of the Fimbrian Empire. On one side, the Fimbrian, being raised in a nation built by scientific progress, religious zeal, and imperial ambition, armed with a manufactured pistol, is more than happy to conquer the island of Paragras both for his Emperor and for his one true god, the benevolent Deathbringer, willing to sacrifice his life as he bears the flag in which he would plant upon the soil. One the other hand, the savage, superstitious native of Paragras, born on an island jungle in which warring tribes practice a barbaric practice of ritual cannibalism, armed with a wooden shield and a tribal spear made by his bare hands, sees the foreigner as just another piece of juicy meat for him to consume so he would gain favor from his primordial, pagan gods. How will this conflict resolve?
