As mentioned in my status update for 3-8-2023, I had to say goodbye to my heifer "Betchi."
She was three years old and not been bred. It's an unsustainable dynamic to keep her as a pet while every other cow in her age group have already calved or been impregnated. So off to the stockyard she went. It's the nature of the business of working with livestock.
