I don't really think he was being bullied by Reznov. It's just that he didn't go through what Reznov and all the other survivors of Stalingrad went through. So Reznov couldn't understand why he didn't show brutality to ther Germans because he hadn't experienced it like Reznov had.

While I do believe your reasoning is true, I still believe that there is a bit of bullying by Reznov...or at least my definition of bullying anyway. Either way, Reznov doesn't quite understand Chernov, and I still picture Chernov this way, huddled in some corner, wishing that he was far away from Reznov
