~Spoilers for Fallout: New Vegas~

So, with the news of more DLC coming up for New Vegas on July 19th (a day before my birthday ), and plus I’ve been playing some of the DLC for Fallout 3 that I never played, I’ve been in a Fallout mood. And with the news that Ulysses is going to make an appearance in the next DLC, and a bigger one in the fourth DLC, I’ve been wanting to incorporate Ulysses into Samuel Hawkins’ back story. Obviously, I have no idea whether or not this is canon (not that I really care, since Samuel Hawkins has evolved into, at least in “head”-canon, one of the most developed OC’s I’ve created that was created in-game), but I like the idea that the Courier and Ulysses were childhood friends. I plan on eventually sharing more of Samuel Hawkin’s back story through a post-game comic series based on some exiled/escaping Vault Dwellers from Vault 42 (still working out the details—plus I know it’s silly that I want to start ANOTHER project when I’ve still got so many others...but EH, my muse is terribly flighty). [On a side note, THERE NEEDS TO BE POST-GAME FOR THIS, YOU CAN’T JUST LEAVE ME WITH A CONQUERING ARMY AND NOT LET ME CONQUER >:C]

I was thinking about doing something to celebrate the coming of the Meet the Medic video, but EH, as I said—flighty muse. But I do still have something small planned (and a FALLOUT crossover, no less XD)

ALSO, I kinda picture Samuel as the shy kid of parents who are very social until Ulysses befriends him by sharing in his passion for learning, and eventually helps Samuel branch out. IN ADDITION, I think this is the first time I’ve posted Samuel without sunglasses! But he does really need glasses, with the Four-Eye perk and all.
