Oh yes, a meeting at a convention isn't possible without even taking home some cool and rather weird stuff, but here is the stuff I got on Friday's MCM convention:Top row: Daredevil volume 1 novel and Guardians of the Galaxy novel.
Top-middle row: "Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga" on PS3, "Metal Gear Solid" on PS1 (sorry
), a special Pac-Man t-shirt from the Bandai-Namco stall and a "Streets of Rage" Mega Drive boxart shirt. 
Bottom-middle row: Rainbow Dash pop vinyl figure, Applejack shirt, Blinky plush (came free with the Pac-Man shirt) and a Rainbow Dash shirt.
And finally, the bottom row: "Ashens and the Quest for the Gamechild" DVD (signed as well.) and the Ashens "Hello" shirt.
Saturday swag will be up as soon as possible, after I upload the photo highlights of Saturday's MCM. ^_^

It was when I entered the stalls for the first time, I saw those shirts based on the Mega Drive classics. There was also a Golden Axe one and a Altered Beast one too.
