Though, while you mentioned "annoying Sonic X laughter", I still imagine the voice of Deem Bristow for Eggman, and Ryan Drummond and (what's his name again? *Wiki-search*) David Humphrey as Sonic and Shadow. They're the only voices that really worked for me!
