You'd be blowing the stock off, followed by the shoulder mate. Take a look at 1940s Russian anti tank rifles for a better idea.

huh, never thought of that O_o this is pretty cool yet i do see a problem with a .50 cal that light...all that kick will go right into the shooter so ouch...

that's what the gas block is on the barrel for, if that wasn't there you would blow your shoulder off
