Description
A little sketch I've done, hopefully i will do some more in this style soon and perhaps more intricate. It's inspired by an artist who's name i can't recall, but painted a captivatingly disturbing image of death emerging from a well (before all that tawdry 'the ring' malarkey)
Hope you enoy it, the roughness is a pleasant consequence of it having been passed through a fax machine once or twice and gives it a vintage Lithograph feel.

You are a Master of the Drawn Line!
(and I love the subject matter too, so dark and grim and yet so awesome) XD

Looks like it could be a woodcut or early 20th century print. An art nouveau add warning against some disease or drug.

The background is quite hypnotic and it reminds me a bit of ripples in a pond.

Not intentional, it started off with a few lines and i added more of set length and this was the result!

It looks like pretty wicked mastery. Haven't seen anything this cool in a long while. Plus the proportion is really brilliant

Hey, I don't know if I'd call myself a fan of his work (except maybe his essay "The Philosophy of Furniture", haha), but I'm pretty familiar with it and I think that your flare and style could make a great compliment to it! I'd really look forward to seeing some.
