I checked out their pages, I don't think it's either of them. (I'd say 85% sure it's not them.)
Unless they changed their style and interests quite a bit since I last saw their stuff.
I know a lot of the original artists old work but they deactivated their tumblr blog or changed the name and so I can't find it anymore.

they used to run a ticci toby ask blog and i believe thats where that pic originated from- there or either their old account where they used to draw cp stuff, its been like two-three years since they posted that so yea theyre style has changed a lot ;
