History: Julie was born blind in a small town outside of Pawsville and was homeschooled until she was 8. Despite her disability and her limited social contact because of her schooling situation, she flourished and quickly passed the other students of her age at the private school that she attended. She graduated way before her original classmates, and graduated from a 2 year journalist program at a local college at the age of 18. Smart and talented, she could memorize where almost everything in a room was after only visiting it once, and could get around in buildings with no problems at all. Busy towns, on the other hand, were always loud and moving. She could get around them, but it was harder, and she would easily get frustrated. One time when she was younger, she got separated from her mother and was lost. While she was lost, she found a stray cat, who she kept as a pet and named Caesar. They quickly became inseparable, and have been ever since. They recently moved away from the town where they were born, and currently reside in Pawsville.

Extra information:

- She enjoys playing board games, or really any kind of game that she can get ahold of and figure out, with Caesar
- She owns many audio and braille books, but Caesar will read books that she cant find in either format to her
- She usually uses her white cane if she absolutely needs it, but she keeps the folded one in her bag just in case
- Her phone is almost exclusively voice-controlled and she mostly uses it to record people if she interviews them for stories
