People began turning into monsters, on the same day his brother vanished, they're referred to as the "Rotated". To combat them, and help other people in need, he develops the rider system, and becomes, Kamen Rider Gyro! With his heroic actions, fighting against the Rotated, he may have caught the attention of the people, or things, behind his brother's disappearance, and they seem to be closer to him than he realises.
