If you can't read the poem it says:
They told me I was asleep
I tried convincing them I was dead
They said wake up from your dreams
I said this hell's not in my head
They told me I should grow up
I said I'd rather stay in bed
Cuz everytime I go and live
I always end up asleep instead.
Please, please, please let me know what you think of it. It would mean a lot to me.

I like how you referred to sleep as in being dead in lines 2 and three. The poem seems to flow together and has a rhythm to it when you read it.
