You mean Jeff the killer, he is actually a human, who's face burned, and later on he cut a smile in to his face too look happy, and cut his eyelids to never sleep. He killed his family and later started killing because it felt good.

I know who you are talking about this, this was more of a test run for makeup and other projects I am working on.
The demon in my dreams is a child with an unnaturally large smile and she comes out of walls/darkness. She has spoken to me a few times as well.
