Also, during the rampage of Devilman Koda at Koshien Track and Field, the American President's paranoia grew more to the point he would reinforce security around him and putting anti-supernatural propagandas against good Demons, Devilmen, Devil Beasts, Angels, Fallen Angels, Devils, Aliens, Mutants, Titans and Youkai, leading to an era where Mankind would devolve into violence and paranoia.
