Description
Hello everyone! This is Gorrell Spooner (also known as The Phantom) from my story "Devilman DxD: Demons and Devils" and its spin-off "Devilman DxD: Luffy's Adventure", based on the character of The Phantom from Pokémon Ranger and the Temple of the Sea. In this version, much like his canon counterpart, he's the captain of a crew that travels the world in search of valuable artifacts. Gorrell is well-known for his maniacal laugh and pirate attire and he uses an arsenal of machines, including submarines and helicopters, to overwhelm anyone who gets in his way. However, he hates Monkey D. Luffy for being such a thorn in his side, causing him to become one of the most recurring enemies of the Straw Hat Pirates.Anyway, I hope you'll like it!
